End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE PLAYBHOOMI APPLICATION.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Exito Sports Tech LLP ("Playbhoomi", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Playbhoomi mobile application, website, software, content, services, updates, and related technologies (collectively, the "Application" or "Platform").

By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not install, access, or use the Application.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Playbhoomi grants you a limited, revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • Download the Application
  • Install the Application on compatible devices
  • Access and use the Platform
  • Use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes

This license is granted solely for lawful use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. OWNERSHIP

The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interests in and to the Application remain the exclusive property of Exito Sports Tech LLP and its licensors.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of software, source code, databases, trademarks, logos, graphics, or content.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, or you are using the Platform under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the activities of minors using the Application.

4. ACCOUNT ACCESS

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
  • Securing access to your device
  • Preventing unauthorized access
  • Ensuring information remains accurate

You remain responsible for all activities occurring through your account.

5. PERMITTED USE

You may use the Application solely for:

  • Discovering sports venues
  • Making bookings
  • Managing reservations
  • Accessing sports-related services offered through the Platform
  • Participating in future features introduced by Playbhoomi

6. RESTRICTIONS

You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer the Application
  • Decompile software or disassemble code
  • Copy source code or create derivative works
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Access systems without authorization
  • Use automated bots or scrape data
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Playbhoomi expressly disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exito Sports Tech LLP shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, revenue loss, data loss, or indirect damages.

The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the booking giving rise to the claim.

9. TERMINATION

Playbhoomi may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks.

Upon termination, license rights immediately cease and access to services may be revoked.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
