Refund and Cancellation Policy

INTRODUCTION
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs bookings, cancellations, refunds, and payment-related matters for services offered through the Playbhoomi platform operated by Exito Sports Tech LLP ("Playbhoomi", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By making a booking through the Playbhoomi platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking shall be considered confirmed only when:
- Payment has been successfully processed
- A booking confirmation has been generated by the Platform
Users are responsible for reviewing booking details before completing payment, including venue name, date, time slot, duration, pricing, and applicable venue rules.
2. CURRENT CANCELLATION POLICY
At the time of publication of this Policy, bookings made through Playbhoomi are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, users may not cancel the booking through the Platform unless expressly permitted by Playbhoomi or the venue operator.
Users are advised to carefully verify all booking details before making payment.
3. FUTURE VENUE-SPECIFIC POLICIES
Playbhoomi may introduce venue-specific cancellation and refund policies in the future. Where venue-specific policies are available, such policies shall be displayed before booking confirmation and shall prevail over this general Policy to the extent of any inconsistency.
Examples may include flexible cancellations, partial refunds, credit vouchers, and rescheduling options.
4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Duplicate Payments
Where multiple successful payments are made for the same booking due to technical error, duplicate charges may be refunded.
4.2 Failed Booking After Successful Payment
Where payment is successfully processed but a booking is not created due to technical failure, users may be eligible for a full refund.
4.3 Venue Cancellation
Where a venue cancels a confirmed booking and no suitable alternative slot is offered, Playbhoomi may process a refund subject to confirmation from the venue.
4.4 Platform Error
Refunds may be considered where Playbhoomi determines that a verified technical error attributable to the Platform prevented the booked service from being delivered.
4.5 Legal Requirement
Refunds may be provided where required under applicable laws or regulatory directives.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds shall generally not be provided for:
- Change of personal plans
- Failure to attend a booking
- Late arrival
- Incorrect booking selections made by the user
- User dissatisfaction unrelated to service failure
- Violation of venue rules or removal due to misconduct
- Failure to carry required identification
6. NO-SHOW POLICY
If a user fails to attend a confirmed booking, the booking may be treated as utilized. No refund shall ordinarily be provided and no replacement slot shall be guaranteed.
7. RESCHEDULING
At launch, Playbhoomi does not guarantee rescheduling options. Where future venue-specific policies permit rescheduling, requests shall be subject to venue approval, availability cannot be guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.
8. WEATHER, FORCE MAJEURE, AND UNFORESEEN EVENTS
Sports activities may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Playbhoomi or venue operators, including rainfall, flooding, extreme weather, power outages, government restrictions, and public health emergencies.
In such cases, refunds and rescheduling are not automatically guaranteed. Resolution shall be determined in accordance with the applicable venue policy and operational circumstances.
9. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments made through Playbhoomi are processed through authorized payment processors including Razorpay. Playbhoomi does not store card PINs, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.
10. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES
Where a refund is approved, refunds shall generally be initiated through the original payment method. Processing times depend upon payment networks and banks. Typical processing timelines may range from 5 to 15 business days, but actual timelines may vary.
11. DISPUTED PAYMENTS
If you believe a payment has been charged incorrectly, contact Playbhoomi promptly. You may be required to provide booking ID, transaction reference, payment confirmation, and supporting documentation.
12. FRAUD PREVENTION
Playbhoomi may withhold refunds where fraud is suspected, abuse of refund mechanisms is detected, false claims are made, or payment irregularities are identified. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity.
